Aaron holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and has amassed more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, holding roles such as Project Manager and Financial Controller, working on premium residential projects and high rise multi-residential developments.
Aaron’s been known to tell people that even if he won lotto, he would still be doing what he is doing now. His main driver is around personal and professional development. He is incredibly committed to the continual growth that Integriti can achieve within the property industry and the impact he can have in this space as a leader.
People use words like analytical, driven, relaxed, personable, focused, structured but flexible, and well-organised to describe Aaron. He’s a man with a plan, who does things for good reason. Andrew holds a dual Bachelor of Construction Management and Property, with 12 years experience managing high-end commercial fitouts and luxury residential developments.
His approach to both life and business has been shaped by the entrepreneurial and influential people he has encountered along his journey. He’s paid attention to the often hard lessons learned by others, collected pieces of wisdom, and built up an encyclopaedic knowledge of Sydney’s blue chip suburbs. He knows who’s buying what, the historic record setting sales prices achieved, and what works in the area.
As a local, he shares the same dreams and lifestyle as many of his clients, allowing him to quickly convert aspirations into an executable plan. Super personable, Andrew is the kind of person who always answers the call, always speaks the truth, and will pick you up for a site visit with your favourite coffee in hand.
Andrew and Aaron, like their clientele, are motivated to create, own and surround themselves with nice things – be it architecture, fashion, cars or art. They live and breathe it, holding a deep appreciation for the quality, craftsmanship and also the level of service attached to luxury products and brands. And they reflect this in their own business.
They are not your traditional builders. You are more likely to see them in a well-tailored suit, greeting you with your favourite coffee and asking about your family and wellbeing. But that doesn’t mean they don’t get their hands dirty or know how to guide a build from concept to completion. They just also know that good relationships lead to great outcomes.
The duo has an air of calm dependability, like they have done this hundreds of times before. And they have. Starting in engineering and business, they then cut their teeth on bathroom and kitchen renovations. They have grown organically over the years to service the growing ambitions and dreams of their clients, many who have come back time and time again.
